Harvey Swift, a lumberman, founded the Fresno Flume and Irrigation Company. He was active in numerous community organizations, including the Fresno Fair. This building contains some of the most elegant and richly-detailed elements of any structure in Fresno. It is currently owned by Lisle Funeral Home.
