The Ohannesian Home was constructed for Elizabeth Ohannesian (1864-1949). She and her husband Giragos (1843-1908) came to Fresno in 1888, and were among the first Armenians to settle here. This structure is among the last homes of its kind on Divisadero, a street generally depleted of its once-diverse residential stock.
